This manual is for Sending Organizations (accredited organizations in various Southeast Asian countries). It covers candidate profile registration, educational curriculum, and monthly report submission.
Set your initial password from the link in the invitation email received from SBGG, then log in from /login.
From /sender/candidates, enter the candidate's personal information. Include details such as family structure, future aspirations, and desired length of stay.
The entered content will be provided via the Supervising Organization to the accepting company as material for the "Personality Card PDF".
From /sender/profile, register curriculum content, education hours, and photos.
From /sender/monthly-report, post monthly topics. The latest report will be reflected in the Reliability Report PDF.

A. Please download the CSV template from /sender/candidates/upload and upload it.
